Installation And Operation Instructions Of  Flute Edge Acceleration(Installed At the Entrance Of Double Facer Machine)

Introduction
1.the product consists of a stepped steam ejector box and an ARC shin hot plate，independent developed PLC control system，the amount of steam can be adjusted according to the speed and paper materail, can increase the temperature of the paper inlet（at double face machine), to improve the paperboard adhesion and improve the speed.
2.the product can be steam sprayed in two sections, open or close according to the width.

Installation Procedure
step 1.open the packing case and find the list of goods, check if anything is missing.
step 2.assemble according to installation diagram，measure the size of the product and the size of the installation position to see if there is any error.
step 3.pull a line from the gluing wheel at the lower layer of the gluing machine to the surface of the first hot plate ，measuring the distance of the line at the doubleface machine entrance to the ground.
step 4.install the fixed pendant bymoving down 3cm from the line at entrance of the doubleface machine（it must be same datum plane as ‘step 3’），install the pendants on both sides horizontally.
step 5.after installation，also pull a line from the gluing wheel at the lower layer of the gluing machine to thesurface of the first hot plate，to see whether the arc plate has contact with the line，if not then should move the arc plate to contact.（note that the welded elbows at
the drive side）
step 6.the steam box is installed above the curved plate，pull a line from the gluing wheel at the top of the gluing machine to the surface of the first hot plate ，the distance between the line and the spray box is 3~4cm，for spray box，the gluing machine side should be higher than
double facer machine side ，in case of water accumulation.（do not get too closer or it will scratch the flute，if it's too far away it won't work best).
