Cassette Type Single Facer Description
Cassette type single facer provides convenient maintenance and provides quick flute change.  The corrugating roll changing can be accomplished within 10 minutes utilizing a motorized cassette trolley, by which the cassette is delivered into the machine and fixed on the base of the machine.

Cassette Type Single Facer Specification
1. Maximum mechanical speed is 250m/min.
2. The diameter of the corrugating rollers is 380 mm. The diameter of the pressure roller is 520 mm. The diameter of the surfaces of the glue roller is 302 mm, The diameter of the doctor roller is 170mm.
3. The machine adopts a positive pressure air cushion paper guide, with high utilization of heat energy, and good quality of corrugated shaping.
4. Corrugated roller adopts positive pressure cassette type. It’s under the pressure roller, so as to lower the center of gravity of the machine. It’s smooth when under high-speed operation and reduces vibration, so it’s more stable and smooth during operation. Corrugated roller exchange is safer and faster.
5. Corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller adopts individual driving reduction box, to isolate vibration. The oil immersion lubrication and high precision gear driving ensure stability and reliability during operation.
6. Corrugated roller sets get in and out hydraulic automatically, so as to exchange different flutes rapidly.
7. Individual glue section could move out from the main machine, and it’s easy to clean and maintain. An electric glue partition device is provided to give convenient and rapid paper width adjustment. 
8. The glue roller has low speed auto-rotate function, so as to avoid the glue drying on the glue roller.
9. A frequency conversion motor is used to supply power, realizing step less speed adjustment and reliable and synchronous interlock with the following devices. The frequency converter used is an internationally famous brand product with stable and reliable performance and low failure rate.
10. All bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers, and pressure roller adopt high temperature grease, so as to guarantee the long life and smooth running of the rollers.
11. The opening and closing of corrugated rollers, pressure rollers, glue rollers, and the locking of corrugated roller set are all hydraulic controlled.
12. There is a face paper pre-heating roller and core paper pre-heating roller in this machine. The pre-heating cylinder could rotate automatically and it is equipped with a manual braking device. There is a conditioning steam injector for core paper installed in the machine.
13. This machine is PLC controlled and displayed by a big color touch-screen. Machine status is displayed by animated image, to achieve strong failure diagnosis ability and operation guiding.
14. The gap adjustment between corrugated roller and pressure roller is hydraulic controlled, and the gap adjustment between corrugated roller and glue roller is electrically controlled.
15. The machine is equipped with an automatic plc glue adjustment system.
